  •  Lie down on your back.
  •  Place your hands next to the torso and palms down.
  •  While breathing in, raise your legs straight up.
  •  Support the waist with the palms.

  •  While exhaling, slowly bring the waist and legs down.

Tratakasana

  •  The best time to do Tratakasana is at night, but you can also do this asana in the morning.
  •  To do this asana during the day, fill your room with darkness and light a candle and sit in the posture of Pranayama.
  •  Now keep looking at the candle without blinking.
  •  After this, close your eyes and chant Om in a medium voice.  Now slowly open your eyes.
  •  Do this asana at least 3 times and after that rub the palms together and then open the eyes while touching the eyes with that warm palm.

Pranayama

  •  Close your eyes and sit in Padmasana.
  •  Now close the left nostril with the ring finger and little finger of the right hand.  Breathe in through the right nostril.
  •  Close the right nostril with your thumb.
  •  Press the chin to the chest and try to hold the breath for a few seconds.
  •  Now close the right nostril with the thumb and exhale slowly through the left nostril.
